Pl find ATS of Seller of BLCO along with SPA for Vessel (MT Front Queen). ETA Singapore 3rd of Sept.
All other docs sent to buyer once buyer signs/seals all pages of SPA and inserts passport copy and certificate of Incorporation in the SPA.
Dr. Amos Gray is the NNPC Allocation Holder & Authorized Blco Seller for loaded Vessel (MT Front Queen) to reach Singapore on the 3rd of September 2017.
Then the full POP documents is sent to buyer and the DLC/MT700 is put into place.
Seller banker will confirm with buyer banker concerning DLC/700 and the (Charter Party Agreement) re-negotiated for final journey to buyer preferred (POD).
