(1). Seller sends Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to Buyer & Buyer enters their information where necessary and signs the Agreement and returns to seller within 4 Days with CIS document The electronically signed copies by both parties are considered legally binding and enforceable.

(2). Seller release Partial POP and Upon confirmation of the above buyer bank swift Mt799 – Block Fund for the entire cargo from Top Prime Bank in the world in favor of seller.

(3). Upon confirmation Seller release the POP , ATS and Discharge Certificate, Chinese TSR, Custom Declaration and Tank Farm Manager contact for verify product.

(4). Seller give DTA to Buyer and buyer conduct CIQ, inspectors release report to both parties while seller issues Commercial Invoice to the buyer with exact CIQ figures.

(5).Buyer relcoes full payment of cargo to Seller's nominated bank within 48 hours after inspection against CIQ report, Commercial invoice and cargo documents by MT 103 (cash wire transfer).

(6). Seller confirms the above and register cargo document with NNPC Joint Venture in Buyer Name and pays facilitators and agents according to the IMFPA submitted.

(7). Seller makes subsequent shipments on simple CI /DIP / PAY basis for 11 months per schedu.
