I’m looking for a serious seller for gold bullion 99.99 % FOB Switzerland. If the procedures here under are agreeable we have a deal.
let me know if the procedure below is acceptable by Seller.


This is what we can accept;

Simple Swiss Procedure

The Seller sends FCO (Full Corporate Offer including Passport from seller/mandate)

Buyer Mandate replies with LOI (Letter if intent)

Buyer Team drafts SPA.

NOF issues IMFPA/NCNDA

Buyer Mandate issues DCL template a Depository Confirmation Letter) and Seller returns this DCL signed.

Seller entitles his Depository (Bank or Secure Warehouse) to facilitate a DCL (Depository Confirmation Letter) and send it to the Buyer for re-confirmation.

Buyer re-confirms DCL with Depository.

Seller and Buyer meet at TTM at Depository.

If Seller wants to see a POF, at this moment Seller and Buyer Banker may contact each other by secured email in order to verify the financial capability of the Buyer.

The Seller shows his goods to the Buyer at the Depository (Bank vault or Secure Warehouse).

The Buyer does the Assay of the goods under surveillance of the Seller with Buyer’s Assay and Payment Team. (If seller is not there; the bank is assigned)

Seller and Buyer sign the respective Price Protocol after Assay.

Buyer pays to Seller.

Seller releases the goods to Buyer.
