1. Upon Buyer Receipt of Seller Offer, Buyer Shall Issue ICPO.



2. Seller Issues C.I Buyer Sign C.I. and Return Back to Seller.



3. Seller Issue to Buyer the Below Listed Documents;



A. Copy of Valid TSR (Note ...not to be used to carry out dip test by buyer).

B. Act of transfer of ownership title to be Sign by both parties.

C. SGS Quality & Quantity Dip Test Report for Immediate Urgent Trial

Lift able Shipment Qty.



4. Buyer Lift Product or Seller Ship Product to Buyer Destination Port

and Pays Commission to Intermediaries.

5. Buyer and Seller Signs Contract for Other Subsequent Monthly

Shipment Delivery.
