KAY WORKING PROCEDURE FOB ROTTERDAM:

1.Seller issues SCO for Buyer’s review and acceptance.
2.Buyer accepts seller working procedure and issues ICPO addressed to the seller refinery.
3.Seller issues commercial invoice (CI), buyer signs and returns back commercial invoice.
4.Seller provides buyer with the below listed PPOP.
• product passport (product analysis report). • tank storage receipt (TSR). • certificate of origin. • ATV.
5. Buyer extend seller storage tank for unconditional Dip Test of the product by SGS team and buyer’s team in process to receive SGS report.
6.Immediately After Verification Buyer receive SGS report of the product.
7.Buyer confirms the report and Seller sends the remaining product document to Buyer.
8.Buyer confirm the documents and release payment of the product by MT 103, Seller changes the title of ownership.
9.Buyer extends further the Sellers Tank or Buyer immediately transport the product into Buyers vessel.
10.Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries involved in the transaction according to the signed NCNDA/IMFPA.

CIF ASWP APPROVED STANDARD BANKING WORKING PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with Guarantee Letter to take over Title of the product. 2. Seller issues draft (MOU) agreement to Buyer counter-sign and return back to Seller. 3. Upon receipt of the signed MOU-contract from the Buyer, Seller legalizes the agreement with the Ministry of Energy Russian Federation ETC.
