*TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:*
1. Seller sends contract (SPA) buyer sign and return. Buyer also issue a Bank Draft of *N10,000,000.00(TEN MILLION NAIRA)* to Seller account nominated, and sends scan copy to Seller’s Bank and also to Seller for confirmation and the hard copy remains with the account officer of the issuer. Buyer account officer write to seller bank confirming that the hard copy is with the Bank and accessible to Seller upon meeting the requirement as enshrine in the procedure.

2. Seller upon confirming the scanned copy of Bank Draft of *N10, 000,000(TEN MILLION NAIRA)* instruct the captain of loaded vessel to issue MATB to buyer's supercargo and Seller takes Buyer's Supercargo on board sellers loaded vessel for physical confirmation of product while supercargo remains on board.

3. Upon confirmation of product by buyer's supercargo, Captain attestation is sent to both buyer & seller emails. Buyer's cheque becomes *CASHABLE* as boarding logistics and Buyer pays N100(One hundred Million Naira only)/issues MT103/72swift for total cargo to seller as logistics to move vessel to Ghana waters for QNQ.

4. Upon arrival in Ghana waters, Announcement is done in buyer's name. Seller boards buyers team for QnQ.

5. Upon successful QNQ, Buyer makes full payment to all facilitators by Swift wire transfer via Swift MT103 within 72hrs less all logistics paid through Sellers commercial invoice and presentation of the original shipping documents to the Buyer.

6. Buyer takes over cargo Ownership and Warranty of Title,as the consignee with full set of the shipping documents.
