*TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:*
1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA), CIS, CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION return. Signed documents are lodged in their banks. The electronic signed copy of SPA by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable and must not be changed without the written consent of the parties.
Seller gives buyer vessel details to track and confirm.

2. Buyer’s Bank issues an irrevocable divisible transferable & fully Cash-Backed BG/MT799 BLOCKED FUNDS/SBLC of USD$5,000,000 (FIVE MILLION DOLLARS) non-cashable to Seller’s Bank.

3. Seller's Bank confirms Buyer’s BG/SBLC/MT799 BLOCKED FUNDS THEN ISSUES 2%PB OR 2%CASH WARRANTY VIA MT760 SWIFT TO BUYERS BANK and Seller sends the SHIPPING DOCUMENTS (POP) to Buyer’s Bank via SWIFT BANK to BANK.

4. Buyer’s Bank confirm Cargo POP AND 2%PB OR 2%CW from Seller’s Bank. Seller authorize domain Captain to send MNOR/ETA to Buyers Habour Master confirmable by Buyers shipping agency and moves cargo to Buyers POD in China for CIQ...

5. Vessel announce arrival at Buyer’s destination POD and boards Buyers inspectors and Supercargo for Q&Q/CIQ at agreed Location inside Buyers Port.

6. Within 5 working days of arrival at Buyer’s POD, BUYER MUST PAY FOR TOTAL CARGO via MT103 TT BEFORE DISCHARGE INTO HIS STORAGE. Meaning that ALL clearance into the POD, CIQ & MT103 must be completed within 5 working days of Vessel’s arrival. Seller will NOT wait more than 72 hours upon arrival before discharge and Payment via MT103 TT

N: B- PLEASE BUYER MUST AGREE THAT AFTER 5 WORKING DAYS OF ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION PORT BUYER MUST PAY FOR TOTAL CARGO WITHOUT DELAY. DELAYS DUE TO PORT AUTHORITIES OR COUNTRY'S REGULATIONS MUST BE BORNE BY BUYER NOT SELLER.
