TOTAL DISCOUNT OF $10.00 DOLLARS, THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE DISCOUNT IS AS FOLLOWS: USD $6:00 NET TO BUYER AND USD $4.00 TO SELLERS/BUYER`S AGENT/BROKERS.

NOMINATIONS, SHIPMENT & PROCEDURES FOR CIF ROTTERDAM
1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal SPA Contract including banking coordinates and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail and deposited with their banks. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.
2. Buyer swifts MT799 pre-advice stating that SBLC of $10M will be issued to Seller' bank within 72 hours of receiving Seller's non operative 2% PB
3. Seller’s bank (Must also be a Top 50 prime bank) via SWIFT issues to Buyer’s bank the revolving 2% Performance Bond.
4. Upon receipt of Seller’s Bank (Must also be a Top 50 prime bank) 2% performance bond, Buyer’s bank issues a revolving SBLC of $10M by swift to sellers bank.
5. Seller then Nominates a Vessel and load in Buyer’s name prepares all the cargo documentations and the Nominated vessel’s one way voyage charter agreement to Buyer’s Port of Destination (POD).
6. Seller furnishes Buyer with copies of the CPA, Q88 and issues full shipping cargo documentation from NNPC to Buyer.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION SHALL BE PRESENTED BY THE SELLER’S BANK TO THE BUYER’S BANK. ONE ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) NON NEGOTIABLE COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING:
- CLEAN ON BOARD OCEAN BILL OF LADING. THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE ISSUED OR ENDORSED TO THE ORDER OF THE BUYER’S BANK AND MARKED “FREIGHT PAID PRIOR TO BREAKING BULK”. THE BILL MUST ALSO EVIDENCE THE SHIPPING DATE, INTENDED DESTINATION, SHIPMENT FROM BONNY TERMINAL NIGERIA AND NAME OF PRODUCT AND MUST BE MANUALLY SIGNED BY THE MASTER OF THE VESSEL.
- CERTIFICATE OF QUANTITY ISSUED BY INDEPENDENT INSPECTORS AT THE PORT OF LOADING IN ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) SIGNED COPIES.
- CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY ISSUED BY THE INDEPENDENT INSPECTORS AT THE PORT OF LOADING IN ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES.
- CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN IN ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES.
- CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY IN ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES.
- TANKER ULLAGE REPORT IN ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES.
- TANKER TIME REPORT IN ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES.
- CARGO MANIFEST IN ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES.
- SELLER’S COMMERCIAL INVOICE BASED ON OUT-TURNED BARRELS IN ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES.
- MASTER’S RECEIPT OF NON-NEGOTIABLE DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES.
- (ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENT WILL BE GIVEN TO BUYER FOR PAYMENT INCLUDE REPORT ISSUED BY THE INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR)
7. Loaded vessel captain issues a NOR/ETA to POD and sets sail for POD, and simultaneously buyer arranges for independent inspection team to send e-mail to seller of their readiness to conduct Q&Q at buyers POD.
8. Upon arrival at POD and after the vessel has discharged its cargo at Buyer’s designated
port and Buyer has received the Discharge Report as shall be confirmed by the Captain of the Vessel, including all relevant documents as stated in the SPA presented by the Seller after the time of cargo delivery, Buyer’s Bank must make payment by Swift Transfer to Seller’s Bank Account, payable to seller according to his presented detailed commercial invoice for the transaction.
9. Payments are made by Swift Wire Transfer directly to the Seller’s bank account and buyer and seller to pay their own commission agents bank accounts, as stipulated in the SPA contract with separate pay orders, after product delivery and discharge at Buyer’s nominated port of discharge.
