PROCEDURE 2 (DIRECT NNPC)

(a) Buyer and Seller on mutual understanding sign the sale's and purchase's agreement. 


(b) Buyer returns signed SPA with NOR/ETA FORMAT, SUPERCARGO AND INSPECTORS DETAILS. 


(c)  Seller confirms signed Contract, Supercargo and Inspectors details, Norminate Cargo in the name of pipelines and product marketing company (PPMC) as subsidiary and strategic business unit of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)., Send POP to the buyer, Buyer confirm POP, send a Letter to NNPC (Seller) requesting for Pro-Forma invoice for the payment, Seller confirm Buyer request and send to the buyer the accounts to receive the Logistics for OUTWARD CLEARANCE through the NNPC OFFICIAL DOMAIN EMAIL. 


(d) Buyer confirms  raise instrument of MT760/SBLC of total cargo or pay the logistics of $55,000 or N22,000,000 being for OUTWARD CLEARANCE (Bunkering of the vessel) to Ghana waters and for boarding and QnQ analysis.


(d) upon confirmation of buyer's logistics payment, captain of the Loaded vessel issue NOR/ETA to buyer Harbour Authority Masters. Buyer's Harbour Authority Masters acknowledges same.


(e) Vessel set sail to buyer's Harbour. 


(f) upon vessel arrival at 10-12 nautical miles Ghana waters, captain of the loaded vessel shall make an official announcements in Favour of the buyer and issue MATB/Clearance to buyer's supercargo and inspectors to come onboard his vessel for product confirmation and QnQ analysis.


(g) Captain issues attestation confirming buyer's supercargo and inspector onboard  his vessel. Supercargo remains onboard while the inspector disembark with product samples. 


(h) upon successful QnQ, buyer issues MT103/23 for the entire cargo less the logistics initially paid by swift to sellers account.


(I) Seller issues to the buyer all cargo documents in buyer's name including WOT.


(J) Buyer makes payment by SWIFT MT103 TTT WIRE TRANSFER less the initial logistics paid. 


(k) Seller introduces buyer to vessel home handlers for recharter.


(l) Vessel set sails to buyer's POD.
