Our procedure for any serious buyer as follows:
1. Buyer return signed ASP with READY WILLING AND ABLE (RWA) for the whole
cargo straight to seller bank.
2. Seller will load cargo & move it to Ghana sea water.
3. Seller send NOR & makes announcement in buyer’s name.
4. Buyer agent clears in the cargo.
5. Seller issues MATB & board buyer Super cargo & inspector to inspect the cargo.
6. After attestation for vessel buyer places MT 103/23 for the entire cargo.
7. Buyer get Quality and Quantity test done.
8. Seller introduce buyer to the vessel handlers.
9. Payment to seller and facilitators.
10. Vessel sails to buyer port.
