1. Buyer issues LOI and LOA
and sends to:

2. Seller issues FCO and Buyer signs off Seller’s FCO for acceptance of price and procedure within 24hours. Once signed FCO is returned the Buyer receives a Proforma Invoice from the Seller in less than 24 hours.

3. Buyer sends ICPO with full banking and attorney details *MT199/799 or Certificate of Bank Balance ONLY as POF* within 24 banking hours of signing of FCO

4. Seller provides LOA and POL (including SGS with lot numbers that can be verified, video
proof, etc.) within 24 working hours of POF

5. Buyer receives Draft SPA to review and sign off

6. Escrow Agreement for negotiated designated escrow account in XXX Bank, US

7. IMFPA presented and signed off

8. Funds move to designated Escrow Account

9. Site inspection

10. Final SGS is arranged for buyer

11. Product pickup from warehouse by Buyer after Payment from Escrow to Seller
