- The buyer issue an ICPO (irrevocable purchase order), a BCL (bank confirmation letter) and a RWA (risk-weighted asset)
- The seller after receiving the documents above, will evaluate the financial capacity of the buyer
- If the buyer is approved, the seller will formalize a contract draft and will reserve the product supply schedule, as well as advance the negotiation according to the standard market model in use.
