Procedure

1. Buyer is required to sign and return this manifest with their contact details.
2. Buyer or their representative is required to visit the location of the diamonds to initiate the transaction.
3. Buyer will be expected to provide payment for the export tax in Sierra Leone.
4. Payment shall be made for the diamonds after testing and verification of the stones.
NOTE: If the buyer prefers not to visit the location of the Diamonds, the buyer will be required to pay 25% of the value of the consignment in order to process the export and the delivery.
