DLC CIF Transaction also in Blockfund MT799, SBLC & in BG
The DLC/MT700 shall be valuable for payment only if there is Default in Payment by buyer, and such Default should carry pre endorse shipping documents by buyer and also refinery Assay certificate to confirm that Gold was actually Delivered.
The Buyer hereby agrees to increase the face amount of the DLC/MT700 so long as the quantity of Gold delivered increases. Upon its confirmation, Buyer’s DLC/MT700 shall enforce this contract at once.
In the event the Buyer defaults, fails to pay in full the Seller’s Final Invoice as and when due at Closing, the Seller is hereby authorized to immediately make a demand for payment against the DLC/MT700 without any recourse, in order to collect all amounts due, pro rata.
The beneficiary of the DLC/MT700 warrants by a corporate Indemnity letter to return the DLC/MT700 at maturity without liens or encumbrances.
The DLC/MT700 shall be Non Operative, Seller will send export documents such as CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN, CLEARANCE FROM CRIMINAL ORIGIN AND ALSO 2% PB TO MAKE THE DLC/MT700 OPERATIVE
2% PERFORMANCE BOND GUARANTEE: The Seller and buyer hereby accepts that a 2% Performance Bond Guarantee will act as Performance deposit guarantee to perform under this contract and values.
This PB shall be an Operative Instrument that will activate the buyers DLC
No upfront payments.
