QUANTITY
The contractual quantity for sale to the buyer under the terms of this agreement shall be between 50kgs and 100kgs for first/trial delivery.
Indicated in the appendix is the required monthly quantity for delivery in the next 12 months, with possible rolls and extensions.
Buyer makes payment of $5,500 for 5 years permit or $4,100 for 2 years for the Buyer’s Permit. The application fee in addition to either is $250.00. The total payment of the application fee and any of the permit fee should be paid directly to the CEMAC Mining Conference Office for their reference.
- CEMAC Mining Conference Office approves contract and send copies to both the Buyer and the Seller.
