TERMS AND PROCEDURES OF DELIVERY:

1- Seller issues FCO to Buyer on CIF delivery basis

2- Seller and Buyer negotiate and sign SPA alongside with NCNDA/IMFPA

3- The Buyer contacts https://brinkssecurity-guinea.com in reference to this transactions, Brinks in Guinea Conakry will contact our company for confirmation

4- Brinks agents will come to our premises to observe and analyze the Gold Dore Bars.

5- The buyer and the seller sign Contract.

6- Brink agents will seal the goods in a safe

7- Upon testing and confirmation of quality of the gold by brinks, Brinks will issue a copy of Assay Report/SKR to Buyer. Buyer will immediately proceeds to the payment of the entire invoice by TT transfer to Seller nominated Bank account through Brinks.

8- Seller proceeds for clearing of goods and provides all required documentation related to export process.

9- BRINKS pass documents through verification and notify Buyer.

10- BRINKS proceed payment of 100% cargo value on behalf of Buyer against transferring goods ownership title to Buyer via BRINKS.

11- Final payment for Gold Bars shall be made by wire transfer by TT to Seller’s specified bank account through Brinks
