S.O.P

1. Buyer Issue LOI (Seller representatives provide details)
2. Seller issue FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
3. Buyer print out, Sign & Stamp and send back
4. Buyer Issue ICPO
5. Submit ICPO
6. Seller issue SPA after buyer and seller sign SPA, Seller will issued Proforma Invoice, Buyer Issue the LC,LC MUST Issue under USD currency. (100% CONFIRMED IRREVOCABLE NON TRANSFERABLE LC AT SIGHT AT PORT OF DESTINATION)
7. After buyer issue the LC , Seller will Provide 2% Performance Bonus to Buyer bank to active the LC. (2 % PERFORMANCE BONUS CALCULATED FROM TOTAL INVOICE VALUE)
8. Seller begin the loading
9. Seller will provide POP
10. Seller ship the commodity to buyer destination port with SGS Report.
11. Seller provide necessary shipping documents with 110% Insurance Certificate.
12. Buyer need to do SGS inspection at Destination Port after consignment reached.
13. After Testing ,Buyer need to LIQUDISED the LC or do the payment thru their bank.
