PROCEDURE FOB ROTTERDAM PORT

1) Buyer issues irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO) with company acceptance letter of seller’s procedure addressed to: THE SELLER REFINERY with the following documents:
a) Company certificate of incorporation
b) Company profile
c) Charter party agreement
2) The seller approves ICPO upon successful verification of the required documents in procedure 1, and seller issues;
a) commercial invoice
b) commitment to supply
c) statement of product availability
3) The buyer provides Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) covering five to eight working days (5 – 8 days) and Authorisation to Inject (A.T.I) from the storage facility’CPA submitted confirming readiness for immediate after Dip-test.
4) Seller provides the following documents listed as follows;
a) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with GPS coordinate/Tanker vessel location
b) Vessel Q88
c) Authorisation/Authority to Sell & Collect (ATS & C)
d) Injection Report
e) Dip Test Authorisation Letter (DTA)
f) Fresh SGS Report (72 hours).
g) Copy of the certificate of origin
h) Copy of export licence
5) Upon successful Dip Test in seller’s tanks, Buyer immediately inject product into their vessel tanks, and make payment for the product via MT103 and seller transfers Title Ownership to buyer.
6) Seller pays all intermediaries respectively
7) The subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms/conditions of the contract as agreed in the TTM following the closing of the first lift.
