INCOTERMS : FOB Sellers tank in Rotterdam

Price : 0.99usd/gallon

Fee : 0.04usd/gallon paid by seller 50/50. Seller side closed.

2. Seller issues CI to be countersigned by Buyer

3. Seller issues unconditional DTA to be signed by seller, buyer, buyers charter party (for vessel)

4. Once DTA is signed by all parties, seller issues injection report and TSR to buyer.

5. With these three documents (signed DTA, TSR, and Injection report), buyer conducts dip test in seller’s tank at buyer’s cost

6. After dip test buyer gets the Q&Q report from his hired SGS or similar, and then provides Q88 to seller

7. Seller injects product into buyer’s vessel and shares full injection report with buyer as well as the rest of the shipping documents

8. Buyer makes full 100% payment via MT103 against title transfer and shipping documents

9. Intermediaries are paid and contract continues with rolls and extensions

if it is workable price and procedures please send me a solid buyer CP and LOI that buyer is the actual buyer and has the funds to pay for the spot and contract. Thank you.
