OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE FOB TTO RUSSIA/ROTTERDAM/HOUSTON PORT
1. Buyer issues ICPO, Company Registration Certificate and Passport data page.
2.Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), buyer's signs and returns to seller
3.Seller sends Q&Q REPORT from EDT Quality/Inspection BV (Not Older Than 48 Hours) along with Tank storage receipt (TSR) with GPS coordination data.
4.Buyer confirms Q&Q and storage logistics and buyer extends seller tank for 24hours.
5.Seller releases Unconditional DTA and the following POP Documents? • Availability of Product. • Certificate of Origin. • Authorisation to Sell and collect (ATSC). • ATV.
6.Seller issues the NCNDA/IMFPA form and Buyer signs and return to seller.
7.Seller authorises buyer to pay for product and upon confirmation, release all Export Document and Title Transfer Certificate.
8. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.
