1.Buyer sends ICPO and Passport copy. 2.Seller issues Commercial Invoice. 3.Buyer signs CI with Tank Storage information and return to Seller (As storage company Must be Emirate Logistics and buyer secures a min of 48 hours tank storage). 4.Upon confirmation of Buyer Storage availability, Seller releases Unconditional DTA and the following POP Documents
• Fresh SGS Report. • Tank storage receipt. (TSR) with GPS coordination data • Availability of Product. • Certificate of Origin. • Product passport. • Authorisation to Sell and collect (ATSC). • ATV 5.Buyer signs the NCNDA/IMFPA and return to seller. 6.Buyer confirms product Q&Q via SGS and upon positive result/satisfaction with the Q&Q, Buyer send a letter of product acceptance and readiness to lift. 7.Seller authorises buyer to pay for product and upon confirmation, release all Export Document and Title Transfer Certificate. 8.Possible rolls and extension.
