2MBBL TTO TO GHANA DELIVERY ROCEDURE

(1) Seller issues Sales Purchase Agreement. (S.P.A) Buyer and seller signs and lodge in their Banks. The electronic signed copy of SPA by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.

(2) Buyer returns signed SPA with,NOR/ ATB format , Super Cargo's & Inspectors details including their passport copy.

(3.) Buyer issue DRAFT of N200m , stating at the back of the DRAFT, will be CASH ABLE to SELLER after Quality and Quantity Analysis. (QnQ) Note : The hard copy of the draft must be with with the Bank Manager of the Buyer , and the scan copy must be sent to Seller account officer via mail, copy Seller .

(4). Buyer issues DRAFT .

(5). Within 72hrs Seller's Captain issues NOR/ETA to harbour master in Ghana , Buyer acknowledged NOR/ETA.

(6). Vessel move to 10 to 12NM in Ghana and issues MATB/CLEARANCE .

(7). Super cargo &Inspector board vessels , upon confirmation of product and attestation out.

(8). And successful Q&Q, N200,000,000M DRAFT TURNED CASH and released to seller's fiduciary account.



(9). Seller release commercial invoice and full cargo documents in Buyers name and Buyers Bank makes payment by Swift Wire Transfer MT 103 to seller nominated account and all accounts stipulated in the SPA less logistics paid.
