1.Seller/Allotee and Buyer sign Sales and Purchase Agreement with full banking coordinates and electronically signed SPA is considered legally binding, with ATB/NOR format , Inspectors & super cargo details

2.Buyer bank send Operative STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT (SBLC-MT760) Cash Back to Seller bank by SWIFT, valid for One Year with the verbiage acceptable to the Seller; Buyer also send Client Information Sheet (CIS) .

3.Upon receipt and confirmation of buyers operative SBLC-MT760 Cash Back Instrument for this transaction; Seller within 5 banking days nominates a vessel.

4.Seller's captain issues both ETA, NOR to harbor master in Ghana .


5.Buyer and his harbour master acknowledges the NOR/ETA.


6. Vessel move to 10 to 12NM in Ghana and issues MATB/CLEARANCE .

7.Super cargo &Inspector board vessels , upon confirmation of product and attestation out.

8. And successful Q&Q, SBLC-MT760 of $1,000,000 Dollar TURNED CASH logistics.



9. Seller release commercial invoice and full cargo documents in Buyers name and Buyers Bank makes payment by Swift Wire Transfer MT 103 to seller nominated account and all accounts stipulated in the SPA less logistics paid.
