We urgently need real and serious buyers who can lift product as soon as possible as we are ready to share cost with the buyer for his tank storage so as to have enable the release of the POP documents and swift diptest and injection commence. COMMODITY: JET A1 QUANTITY: 500,000BBLs TO 2 000 000 BBLs SPOT/WITH R&E PRICE PER BBL: USD$ 58 Gross /USD 54 Net COMMODITY: JP54 QUANTITY: 500,000BBLs TO 2 000 000 BBLs SPOT/WITH R&E PRICE PER BBL: USD$ 64 Gross /USD 60 Net COMMODITY: D6 QUANTITY: 50,000,000 GALS TO 200,000,000 GALS SPOT/WITH R&E PRICE PER GALS: USD$ 0.88 Gross / USD 0.78 Net COMMODITY: D2 QUANTITY: 15,000 MT TO 200,000 MT SPOT/WITH R&E PRICE PER MT: USD$ 380 Gross / USD 370 Net COMMODITY: EN590 QUANTITY: 15,000 MT TO 200,000 MT SPOT/WITH R&E PRICE PER MT: USD$ 370 Gross / USD 360 Net OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE FOB ROTTERDAM PORT 1. Buyer sends ICPO in line with seller working procedures alongside his/her Tank Storage Agreement (T.S.A.) on receipt and acceptance of Seller's Full Corporate Offer; 2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (C.I.), Buyer Signs and returns to Seller Within its validity. 3. Buyer and Seller equally share cost of the Tank Storage lease : The TSA should Include an “Annex of a mutually Pre-Approved Injection Schedule” as follows: i. Five Days for completing the Injection schedule for the agreed Liftable Quantity. ii. One Day Buffer for Scheduling SGS/INTERTEK inspectors visit. 4. Tank-Farm Company Issues Two Commercial Invoices as follows: a. Three Days – payable by Buyer b. Three Days – payable by Seller 5. Upon receipt and review of the signed C.I., seller issues Dip Test Authorisation (D.T.A) to be completed and signed by buyer in order for Dip Test to be conducted alongside counter signed copies of the C.I; 6. Buyer returns the Dip Test Authorisation (DTA) fully completed and signed within its validity and upon successful review of the completed DTA, seller issues the below full POP documents: - A. Fresh SGS Report (Not older than 72 hours); B. Product Reservoir Receipt; C. Accreditation Certificate; D. Product Passport (Quantity and Quality Analysis); E. Authorisation to Sell and Collect Certificate (ATSCC); F. Pre-Injection Report (PIR); G. NCNDA/IMFPA (To be completed by all intermediaries); H. Certificate of Product Origin; I. Authority to Verify (ATV) either physically or otherwise. 7. Upon receipt and confirmation of the above POP Documents, Buyer provides its testing officials (SGS or INTER-TEK) and the needed test are carried out on the product in seller’s tanks; 8. Buyer upon successful Dip Test, Buyer makes full payment by MT103 / TT wire transfer for the total product and Seller pays commission to Seller’s mandate within 24 hours after confirmation of buyer's payment and injection commences immediately; 9. Seller issues a contract for buyer’s desired duration upon successful completion of the trial order.
