PROCEDURE FOB ROTTERDAM
1. Buyer Submits ICPO and Company Profile (CP)
2. Seller Releases Commercial Invoice (CI) and NCNDA-IMFPA Agreement for all parties involved.
3. Buyer signs the Commercial Invoice (CI) and Return to Seller alongside with the signed NDNDA-IMFPA by all parties involved
4. Seller Releases to buyer the following document
*SGS report
*Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
*Authority To Verify (ATV)
*Invoice for Pre-pays 3 days TSR to have the product re-confirmed by SGS to
buyer name.
5. Upon confirmation Seller sends to Buyer a Dip Test Authorization.
6. Buyer Dip Test with SGS and Lift the product or extend seller tank
7. Buyer makes payment for the total cost of product injected into buyer tanks via
MT103, Seller transfers title ownership to the buyer with all exportation
documents required of the buyer for the transaction.
8. Seller Pays all intermediaries
