CIF WORKING PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issue ICPO
2. Seller Issue SPA to buyer for review and countersign.
3. Seller issue PPOP documents below to buyer
a. Commitment to Supply.
b. Statement of Product Availability.
c. Export License.
d. Certificate of Origin
e. Legalized SPA.
4. Upon confirmation of the PPOP, Buyer release payment instrument MT103/72 or SBLC via MT760 for the total contract face value and pay for the available monthly shipment via MT103 after successful dip test by buyer (at buyer expense)
6. Upon confirmation of the MT103/72 or SBLC via MT760 from seller Bank, the shipping Company commerce with the shipment of the product from the Refinery to the loading port, within three working days, shipment commerce to buyer destination and shipping company will release the following documents to seller and Buyer.
1. SGS Report.
2. Vessel details (Q88 and Bill of Lading).
3. Charter Party Agreement.
7. Seller pays all intermediary involve according to the signed NCNDA/IMFPA after successful dip test at discharge port, and buyer makes total payment of shipment value via MT103-T/T wire transfer into seller’s accounts.
