We are currently bringing copper wire into Malaysia / Other country with reliable buyer.

Quantities : Min 5,000mt - Max 20,000 mt Permonth
Tenure : 1 year Contract
Price : USD 5400 (base on currency market rate at the moment)
Incoterms : CIF only
Delivery Port : Any Safe Sea Port


S.O.P

1. Buyer Issue LOI (Seller representatives provide details)
2. Seller issue FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
3. Buyer print out, Sign & Stamp and send back
4. Buyer Issue ICPO (Irrevocable Confirm Purchase Order)
5. Submit ICPO (Irrevocable Confirm Purchase Order)
6. Seller issue SPA after buyer and seller sign SPA, Seller will issue Proforma Invoice, Buyer Issue the LC, LC MUST Issue under USD currency. (100% CONFIRMED IRREVOCABLE NON TRANSFERABLE LC AT PORT OF DESTINATION )
7. After buyer issue the LC , Seller will Provide 2% Performance Bonus to Buyer to active the LC. (2 % PERFORMANCE BONUS CALCULATED FROM TOTAL INVOICE VALUE)
8. Seller begin the loading
9. Seller provide Proof Of Product (POP)
10. Seller ship the commodity to buyer destination port with SGS Report.
11. Seller provides necessary shipping documents with 110% Insurance Certificate.
12. Buyer need to do SGS inspection at Destination Port after consignment reached.
13. After Testing, Buyer need to LIQUDISED the LC or do the payment thru their bank.
