Basic Procedure on all deals
1 : Buyer submits LOI with LC issueing Banking details
2 : Seller Sends FCO.
3 : Buyer returns signed FCO with POF/BLCand ICPO to seller
4 : Seller sends SPA ( Contract )to buyer and
Ncnd /fpa to brokers and buyer
5 : Buyer returns signed contract to seller
Brokers return signed NCNP /FPA to seller.
6 : Seller sends Commercial invoice to buyer.

*Seller only accepts LOI with banking details and signed FCO with POF/BCL. It shows how serious buyer is and this gives priority to buyer query.
