PROCEDURE FOR STORAGE
PRICE $9/5NET

1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Sales and Purchase Agreement including full Banking coordinates of Seller and Buyer. Buyer returns signed SPA with complete ATB format. (Names of persons and inspectors authorized to board the storage for Q & Q inspection).

1.买方和卖方签署并盖章销售和购买协议，包括卖方和买方的完整银行坐标。买方以完整的ATB格式退回已签署的SPA。 （授权登记储存进行Q＆Q检查 的人员和检查员的姓名）。

2. NNPC/Terminal through their email domain send to the buyer an endorsed letter of acknowledgment of receipt of signed SPA. NNPC/TERMINAL release OFFSHORE CHINA TANKFARM CARGO POP and the NNPC China tank farm managers contact via NNPC Secure Email Domain DIRECTLY TO END BUYER for buyer's confirmation.
The documents are;
a) Discharge Certificate
b) Storage Information
c) Offshore Storage certificate .
d) Tankfarm Storage Receipt(TSR).
e) NNPC China Tank Farm Manager's Contact in China.


2. NNPC /终端通过其电子邮件域向买方发送收到签署的SPA的背书确认函。 NNPC / TERMINAL发布OFFSHORE CHINA TANKFARM CARGO POP和NNPC中国油库经理通过NNPC安全电子邮件域直接联系买家确认。
文件是;
a）出院证明
b）存储信息
c）离岸存储证书。
d）Tankfarm存储收据（TSR）。
e）NNPC中国油库经理在中国的联系方式。

3. Buyer confirm NNPC OFFSHORE CHINA TANK FARM CARGO from the NNPC Tank Farm Manager or Seller's Representative in Hong Kong and issues MT760 SBLC/BG for total cargo from Top 50 global Banks according to Seller's Approved Verbiage within 3(three) banking days. Buyer sends telex charge copies and copies of SWIFT to Seller for confirmation with Fiduciary Bank.

3.买方向NNPC油库经理或香港卖方代表确认NNPC OFFSHORE CHINA TANK FARM CARGO，并在三（3）个银行工作日内根据卖方批准的Verbiage向全球50强银行发放MT760 SBLC / BG。买方将电传费用副本和SWIFT副本发送给卖方，以便与Fiduciary Bank确认。

4. Upon confirmation of Buyer's SBLC/BG via MT760 swift, SELLER'S FIDUCIARY shall SWIFT Payments with NNPC's Official invoice for the following fees to the NNPC designated account:
(A) FULL CARGO DOCUMENTS TO BE ASSIGNED TO THE BUYERS COMPANY'S NAME.
(B) WARRANTY OF TITLE(WOT).
(C) DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION (DTA).

4.通过MT760 swift确认买方的SBLC / BG后，卖方的FIDUCIARY将向NNPC的官方发票支付SWIFT支付以下费用给NNPC指定账户：
（A）全部货物文件将分配给买方公司名称。
（B）所有权保证（WOT）。
（C）DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION（DTA）。

Reassignment of the following documents will be made to buyer with the WOT. 下列文件将与所有权担保一起再派发。
　(1)CLEAN OCEAN BILL OF LADING, ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES 清洁海洋提单，一份原本与三份副本。
　(2)SELLER'S COMMERCIAL INVOICE, ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES 卖方的贸易发票，一份原本与三份副本。
　(3)SGS/SAYBOLT CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY AND QUANTITY, ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES
由ＳＧＳ或ＳＡＹＢＯＬＴ（国外著名商检公司）所检测与签发的质与量证书，一份原本与三份副本。
(4)CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN ISSUED BY NNPC, ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES　
由尼日利亚国家石油公司发出的原产地证书，一份原本与三份副本。
(5) CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY ISSUED BY NNPC, ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) COPIES
由尼日利亚国家石油公司发出的质量鉴定证明书，一份原本与三份副本。
(6)/CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP　所有权证明书　
(7) MASTER＇S RECEIPT FOR SAMPLES　样品收货单　
(8)MASTER＇S RECEIPT FOR DOCUMENTS　文件收据
(9)CARGO MANIFEST　货物仓单

5) Upon payment of fees by FIDUCIARY for Cargo Re-Assignment and Warranty of Title for the cargo, all cargo Documents as well as all rights to the cargo is re-assigned and issued to Buyer and in their favour by NNPC.

5）在貨物重新分配和貨物所有權保證的FIDUCIARY支付費用後，所有貨物文件以及貨物的所有權利將被重新分配並發給買方並由NNPC支持。

(6) Warranty of Title and Re-assigned documents are sent to the Tank Farm Manager, upon verification of the documents and Warranty of Title by Tank Farm Manager,Dip Test Authorization is issued to Buyer.

（6）標題和重新分配的文件的保證發送給油庫農場經理，在核實文件和油庫經理的標題保證後，向買方發放浸漬測試授權。

(7)Dip Test(DTA) is carried out in an NNPC ONSHORE China Tank Farm/Storage nearest to buyer's POD by Buyer's nominated inspection team

（7）浸漬測試（DTA）在NNPC ONSHORE中國油庫/倉庫中進行，最靠近買方的POD由買方指定的檢驗組進行

(8) Seller issues to buyer/buyers bank a Commercial Invoice based on "Q&Q" report on out-turn quantity basis. Buyer’s Bank shall pay total cargo sum into NNPCs Fiduciary Account provided immediately via Swift transfer MT103 covering entire cargo within Four(4) Hours Upon receipt of Q&Q Report from the Inspection Agency. All commissions as per SPA are payable immediately after receipt of QnQ.

8）賣方向買方/買方發出基於“Q＆Q”報告的商業發票。買方銀行應在收到檢驗機構的Q＆Q報告後四（4）小時內通過Swift轉運MT103立即向NNPCs信託賬戶支付全部貨物。根據SPA的所有佣金在收到QnQ後立即支付。

9)Buyer’s Shipping Agent handles the transfer of cargo to Buyer’s tankers or storage tank.

9）買方的運輸代理處理將貨物轉移到買方的油輪或儲罐。

NOTE; DISCHARGE WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE AFTER ALL FEES AND COMMISSIONS HAVE BEEN PAID ACCORDINGLY.

注意;放電只會在所有費用和佣金被正確支付後才會收取費用。

THE BUYER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES AND TAXES LEVIED ON CARGO BY THE AUTHORITIES OF THE COUNTRY OF DISCHARGE. TITLE SHALL PASS FROM SELLER TO BUYER WHEN THE COMPLETE DISCHARGE OF CARGO IS MADE TO BUYER.　
注：在所有费用与佣金得到妥善支付之后卸货才能开始。买方必须负责货物在其国内卸下时当局所征收的所有关税。在货物卸货完成时其所有权亦从卖方转移到买方手中。
