TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:

The buyer issue a POF & ATV and the transaction bank will authenticate & verify the POF through the issuing bank. Upon confirmation of the POF the provider will sign the master contract with the buyer. Thereafter, the provider's bank will immediately issue the Swift MT799 Pre-Advice & MT760 SBLC to the beneficiary bank account. Upon authentication and verification of the SBLC banking instrument via Swift MT-760, the buyer's bank will release payment within three (3) banking days to the provider's bank account. Thereafter, the hard copy is sent via DHL to the beneficiary bank.
