REFINERY METALS ACCOUNT

We need about 36 months of gold delivery at the rate of about between 25 and 150 kgs per month in Europe.

I confirmed to you that we shall be pleased to look at enabling you and your company to establish a DIRECT Refinery Metals Account with our Refinery in Europe. This facility is not normally available.

A. There are very significant benefits to establishing such an account. As an example, based on the first fix of the London Bullion Market few days ago the NET financial return to any seller equates to USD $ 66,000 .00 plus per refined kilo approx. The only deductions from this figure would be an agreed Introducer commission plus the cost of an Enhanced Refinery Report. The latter normally adds between half of one per cent to one per cent to the pricing structure.

B. Please note, Refineries do not issue financial instruments or prefund. However, given that any contract would be issued direct from the Refinery to sellers, most banks will accept that as a bankable document. In other words, they will provide a line of credit against it if required.

C. You should also be aware that if finance is obtained from a Bank or Financier then, if required, this can be referred to within the contract and arrangements can be made for direct settlement to that Bank or Financier.

In order to provide relevant information to you would you please answer/respond to the following questions:

(1) Please advise any Company name and where in your country you are located.


(2) Are you a Miner or Trading Company? Please advise what licenses or permits you hold.


(3) Approximately what quantity of AU Nuggets or Dore do you wish to sell on a monthly basis.


(4) What price per refined kilo are you currently achieving monthly?
