Gold Bars on 100% CIF Delivery
Upon receipt of Buyer Bank Pre-Advice SWIFT MT799 RWA Only, under 7Days, Seller shall transfer 2%PB to Buyer Bank as well process all Taxes and pay all Insurance including Air Transport and Ticket and Hotel Accommodation, then notify Buyer time of arrival etc. Upon Buyer acceptance, Seller fly together with the First trail shipment of 100KGs to Buyer Country Airport, 100KGs delivery start until 1,300KGs are completed.
Art. 11 – DELIVERY TERMS
a) The delivery terms forth is Sales and Purchase Contract shall be on CIF [By Air Freight] to the Buyer’s designated location, which has to be agreed per delivery.
b) Seller’s shipping forwarder should arrange the delivery. Export taxes, export documentations, freight cost, insurance and others expenses for travel and accommodation of Seller/Sellers’ representative, is to borne by the Seller.
c) Customs clearance, import duties & taxes are to be borne by Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all charges at the nominated refinery, including document at on regarding quantity & quality.
d) The Buyer will clear shipment of the Gold through customs together with the designated transport company (XXXXXXXXXXXXX).
e) The Seller’s representative arrives at the designated final refinery to witness the arriving of the shipment one day before the designated delivery date.
f) The Buyer pays the cost for transport and accommodation of the Seller’s representative for this period.
g) The Seller will inform the Buyer about the date of each delivery, which is to be confirmed by the Buyer.
h) Delivery: A monthly supply of 100KGs After trail of 100KGs.
i) The Buyer/Buyer’s representative will be physically present at Customs of the port of import and to ensure all procedures have been fulfilled and that the actual delivery is delivered to the refinery. Buyer and Seller shall confirm the completion in written form after the transport has been done. Buyer will not handle the goods solely until the final refining report being signed out.
