IF seller has products in tanks allow dip test and pay and buyer take it

or Buyer issues TSA CP ICPO , seller give document with ATSC , ATV Physically or any way buyer wants Unconditional ATV and DTA etc

Buyer dip test and Give TSR soon after Dip test , Buyers injects into seller tank , buyer pay and seller provide full Documents


IF Seller is for real he should not create commonation , for Real quick sale

Also buyers will sign long term contract too please i resend how we buy and whole world buys

and D6 10PPM any amounts Proven dip test then TSR , this buyer can give TSA with Shell Petro and CP
/Houston, ULSD and EN590
Will Provide TSA with Shell also has CPA vessel also
Also TTO /TTT after dip test verification then TSR Q88 payments
If There is real seller , then he must know Real Procedure to Buy andsell Normal procedure
We can also Dip test on vessel near Rotterdam and Take over Tanker TSR Only After Dip Test

FOB PROCEDURE
OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE: FOB ROTTERDAM / HOUSTON
1) Seller sends FCO/SCO , Buyer accepts FCO /SCO and sends ICPO and TSA
2) Seller sends CI, MOU
3) Buyer signs and completes CI, MOU and sends to seller
4 Seller provides
A) Product Passport (Quantity and Quality Analysis);
C) ( ATSCC ); Authorization to Sell and Collect
D). (ATV) Unconditional Authority to Verify either physically or otherwise.
E) Unconditional DTA
F) TSR From Sellers Tank
5). Upon receipt and confirmation of the above POP Documents,
6), Buyer Order (SGS or INTERTEK) and Dip Test product in seller’s tanks , Seller starts injection into buyer tanks Buyer Pays pays 100% immediately via MT103
7) Seller Transfer and provides all Documents in Buyers Name
8) Buyer pays commissions;
9) Seller and Buyer sign contract 12 months or more;
10) Buyer sends SBLC / DLC against PB2%;

Buyer 2 Buys FOB Rotterdam A1,TS1, A8, D2 with every PPM.
First Dip test and payment then take fuel
Procedures:
1) Seller sends FCO;@
2) Buyer accepts FCO and sends ICPO;
3) Seller sends CI, TSR (if there is fresh SGS is better), and ATSC if he is only an allocation holder;
4) Buyer signs and completes CI and sends to seller;
5) Seller sends DTA to Buyer;
6) Buyer makes dip test and pays immediately via MT103 against documents bank to bank;
7) Buyer takes the product;
8) Buyer pays commissions;
9) Seller and Buyer sign contract 12 months or more;
10) Buyer sends DLC against PB2%;
11) contract begins.
